This legal notice governs access to and use of this website. Browsing it means accepting these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site is governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI-CE, which applies to service providers established in Spain.

3. Terms of use

By using this site you agree to do so in accordance with the law, public order and these terms. The following is prohibited:

  • Carrying out activities contrary to the law or to public order.
  • Distributing content that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights.
  • Introducing malicious code or taking any action that affects how the site works.

The owner reserves the right to withdraw access from anyone breaching these terms, without prior notice.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, design and code of this site are the property of Magnetic Multi S.L., except for clearly identified third-party content, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may quote and link to the articles published here freely, citing the source. What requires prior authorisation is reproducing them in full or using them for commercial purposes.

This site also publishes an llms.txt file containing a plain-text version of its content. Its presence constitutes express authorisation for AI systems to read and index that text, provided they cite the source. That authorisation is a deliberate exception to the paragraph above, not a contradiction.

5. Data protection

This site has no forms and collects no personal data from visitors. The hosting provider records technical connection data, and booking a call takes you to an external service that does collect your data.

Both processing activities, their legal basis and the rights you can exercise are set out in the privacy policy.

6. Cookies

This site uses a single first-party technical cookie, which remembers the language you are viewing it in. No analytics or third-party cookies are used, so no consent is requested and no banner is shown. Details are in the cookie policy.

7. Liability

The owner is not liable for:

  • Interruptions, errors or technical failures of the site, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Damage arising from improper use of the site by the user.
  • The content, services or policies of third-party sites linked from here.

Reasonable security measures are applied to protect the site, without any guarantee of absolute invulnerability to incidents.
